How to use this world clock

This world clock shows the current local time in up to 6 cities simultaneously, with a colour-coded 24-hour timeline for each. Green segments on the timeline indicate standard working hours (9am–6pm local time). Amber segments indicate early morning (7–9am) and evening (6–9pm). Red indicates overnight hours when calls are generally not appropriate.

To check a different time — for example, what time it will be in Singapore when your New York meeting starts at 10am tomorrow — use the date picker to set tomorrow's date, then drag the yellow selector to 10am on the New York row. Every other city's row updates simultaneously to show the corresponding local time.

The world clock uses the IANA tz database via the browser's Intl API, which means daylight saving transitions are handled automatically for every city. The times shown are always accurate for the selected date — no manual offset calculation required.
